Here I will post my thoughts on how much I dislike running.
I have been sucked into a group at work that is overly stressed and needs to get out of the workday meetings and they decided to run during this "down time".
My stomach hurts, my legs start to feel like jello, and I go into a form of depression as I change my clothes and tie up my shoes knowing I'm going to cause myself pain for the next 60-90 minutes. Why do people do this? Why am I doing this?
